How is this unit fitted?
Installation is very simple and can be carried out by most people with ease. The E-MAG unit is clamped around the cold water pipe and held in position by strong cable ties.
The causes of impurities in water:
Rain water picks up oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide in a solution when passing through the atmosphere and in addition other minerals are absorbed during its percolation through the earth. These materials divide into their component parts and carry electrical charges - the metals are positively charged and the chemicals are negatively charged. When water flows through a metal pipe the negative particles tend to be attracted to the sides resulting in a gradual build up of scale on the inside of the pipe.
Are minerals depleted through the E MAG treatment?
No. Water is an essential element of life and also carries minerals which are necessary for plant and animal growth. E-MAG conditioning water does not change the natural mineral content of water.
Where does the scale go?
The microscopic elements of the affected compounds that are currently in the form of scale are broken down and released back into the flow of water. Most of these will be undetected as they revert back to their original form on entering the system.
Can I put any magnets on my water pipe and get the same effect?
Materials used in the E-MAG water conditioner have been carefully designed and calibrated to give optimum flux density thus guaranteeing excellent results. Ordinary magnets are far too weak and random in their magnetic field to be effective. |
