How does the boiler/heater unit work?

Fuel, whether it is gas, kerosene, diesel or petroleum is fossil based and contains elements which tend to clump together. This means that the mixture of oxygen and fuel molecules is uneven and when it is used some of the fuel elements remain unburnt and are emitted from the exhaust vent. These emissions are wasted fuel.

The E-MAG unit works by breaking down the elements into smaller clumps giving a better balanced mixture of fuel and oxygen therefore giving more efficient combustion.

The benefits for any boiler or heater are more efficient fuel combustion, reduced maintenance, less down time, a reduction in deposits within the burner and lower emissions. This all leads to the major benefit which is that fuel bills will be reduced.

 
 

How is this unit fitted?

 
 

The E-MAG unit is positioned within the fuel inlet pipe of the boiler or heater as close as possible to the point at which it is ignited. Each unit is manufactured to suit the specific boiler/heater and a detailed survey will be carried out beforehand to determine the optimum specification for each application.

Results of fitting an E-MAG unit on a heater/boiler can be seen within minutes of fitting. Emissions reduce immediately the conditioned fuel is used and the temperature at the outlet, of a blown air heater, increases (readily confirmed by the use of a temperature probe).

The longer term effects of more efficient combustion will become noticeable when maintenance of the boiler/heater is carried out. The burners will be cleaner because the fuel is burnt more completely leaving greatly reduced residues. The carbon which can build up on the inside of larger blown air heaters is reduced considerably and any existing carbon deposits will, in time, be reduced or even eliminated.

As the unit is running at its optimum this also means that the life of the boiler/heater should be extended.

This all leads to a more efficient operation of the heater/boiler with a greater temperature reached for a given amount of fuel used or a lower running time to maintain a given temperature. This means that the maximum use is made of every drop of fuel which is used.
